Intro:
India has abstained from voting at the United Nations Human Rights Council resolution to extend the investigation into Russia's alleged war crimes in Ukraine.
The resolution was passed nonetheless with 28 out of 47 members voting in favor of an investigation.
Delhi has now abstained from all four UNHRC resolutions concerning the war in Ukraine.
