US President Joe Biden welcomes Germany's Chancellor Olaf Scholz to Washington Friday for talks over the war in Ukraine.
The leaders are expected to discuss the issue of further weaponry for Kyiv as Ukrainian forces prepare to try and reclaim more of their territory from Russia.
