New intelligence reviewed by U.S. officials suggests that a pro-Ukrainian group was responsible for the attack on the Nord Stream pipelines, according to reporting by the New York Times.
It says there is no evidence that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, or his top lieutenants, were involved in last year's sabotage of the pipelines carrying gas from Russia to Germany.
