There's a hearing in U.S. Congress on Tuesday about the toxic spill from the Ohio train crash last month and how it impacted the environment and residents.
It's one of the worst train derailments this year, leading to major concern from people living in the community of East Palestine (Pales-teen) over the damage to their water, air and soil.
