U.S Secretary of State addresses U.N security council

U.S Secretary of State Antony Blinken warned the U.N Security Council
that it should not be fooled by calls for a temporary or unconditional
ceasefire.
Blinken's remarks to the council follows China's call for a
comprehensive ceasefire as part of a 12-point peace plan to end the
war.
The U.N security council met on Friday for a high-level session to
mark one year since the start of the war in Ukraine.
