UK households to pay more for energy despite falling prices

Britain's energy regulator has lowered the maximum amount of money that suppliers can charge their customers for gas and electricity. But with government subsidies set to decrease in April, households could end up paying more for their energy than they have throughout the winter. Julia Chapman has more from London.
