South Korea and the United States are planning to step-up their joint military exercises to counter missile threats from North Korea.
The US Defense minister, Lloyd Austin, met his counterpart in Seoul on Tuesday, and agreed to bolster the scale of training and war drills as Pyongyang pursues its nuclear weapon program.
