Dell is the latest tech company to announce mass layoffs. The Texas-based PC maker said on Monday that it plans to slash 5% of its workforce - that's about 6,650 employees. In a staff memo, CEO Jeff Clarke said the cuts were an effort to "stay ahead of downturn impacts." Toni Waterman has more from Texas.
