Border arrests drop 42% under Biden’s new plan

Arrests at the US southern border dropped 42% in January. The reduction in attempted crossings comes shortly after the White House launched a new plan which allows for greater legal migration and punishes those who try to cross into the U.S. undocumented.  But while this appears to be a success for the Biden Administration, Republicans say it's mostly smoke and mirrors.
