Officials in the US city of Memphis are bracing for outrage and protests on Friday when law enforcement releases a violent video of an encounter between police and a black motorist that ended in his death.
Twenty-nine-year-old Tyre (PRONO: Tie-ree) Nichols died three days after he was pulled over and beaten by five black officers earlier this month.
Those officers have all been fired and charged with second-degree murder, assault, and kidnapping.
