Harshest winter in 15 years claims 160 lives in Afghanistan

More than 160 Afghans have died this month as the country grapples with the coldest winter in more than a decade and a half.

The brutal winter comes as many aid groups have partially suspended operations following a Taliban order banning women from working for NGOs.
