Blinken heads to Middle East following West Bank violence

US Secretary of State Antony Blinken is scheduled to visit Israel and
the West Bank after Israeli forces killed nine Palestinians.

The US is concerned about the escalating situation amid the deadliest
day in the West Bank in more than a year.
