Ambulance workers in parts of the UK are on strike over pay and staffing.
The government's asking people only to call for an ambulance in an emergency and says the strikes in England and Wales are 'regrettable'.
Unions say the industrial action is necessary because of ministers' refusal to negotiate on bigger pay rises than currently on offer for health workers.
