President Cyril Ramaphosa is seeking an urgent interdict against his predecessor, Jacob Zuma. The former president served a summons on Ramaphosa on the 16th of December, adding him to a private prosecution which is due to be heard in January. But the validity of the summons is being challenged. Mark Roughton reports.
