There are fears hospitals and health centres in Ghana would be hit with understaffing in the next three to five years if brain drain is not reversed. Health workers in the country have been leaving in droves in search of better working conditions abroad.
Now the government says it plans to sign a deal with the UK to send nurses there in exchange for money.
