Criticism of the city's response to the deadly blizzard in Buffalo,
New York is mounting.
Officials are being accused of failing to clear streets quickly and
are accused of being disengaged in the coordinated local and state
response to the disaster.
The death toll has reportedly claimed the lives of at least 37 people.
