​Biden moves to shake up the presidential primary process

A major shakeup could be coming to the way Democrats vote for their presidential nominee.

President Joe Biden is calling on his party to rearrange the order in which states vote in the primaries - moving away from what he calls"restrictive" caucuses and instead focusing on states with diverse populations.
