The United Nations Security Council is meeting later on Wednesday to
discuss the latest developments on the ground in Ukraine.
The meeting has been on the books for days but follows an escalation
of missile strikes on Tuesday hitting a number of energy facilities.
The death of two people in Poland will also likely be a key topic of discussion.
