Russia anger at UN reparations vote

Russia has reacted angrily to a vote at the United Nations calling for
Moscow to pay reparations for its war in Ukraine.

The resolution says Russia must bear legal consequences for its
wrongful acts but the Kremlin argues it's an effort to legalize
robbery.
