Ministers from the NATO western military alliance are meeting with their Ukrainian counterpart to discuss supporting the war-torn nation through a difficult winter.
Alliance members have been providing Kyiv with military and humanitarian aid while vowing to stay out of the war. Ukraine says it now needs more supplies, after a barrage of Russian attacks targeting the country's energy infrastructure.
The talks, held in Bucharest, are set to last two days, with discussions on China also expected.
