NATO chief says explosion in Poland likely caused by Ukrainian air defence but Kyiv not at fault

NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg says the explosion which claimed two lives in Eastern Poland on Tuesday was most likely caused by a Ukrainian air defense missile trying to intercept a Russian strike.


NATO ambassadors met on Wednesday to discuss ongoing investigations into the deadly incident, which Stoltenberg says is not Kyiv's fault.
