Japan govt under pressure as three key ministers resign in a month

The cabinet of Japan's Prime Minister Fumio Kishida is under scrutiny following the third high-level resignation in less a month. 


The latest is the Internal Affairs minister who resigned on Sunday over funding discrepancies. 


It comes amid record low public support, as cabinet continues to be plagued by a raft of scandals.
