Bolsonaro finally speaks after election defeat

Brazil's president Jair Bolsonaro has finally addressed the country
nearly two days after losing a presidential runoff race to Luiz Inacio
Lula da Silva.

Bolsonaro didn't say that he would contest the election but also
didn't acknowledge he was defeated.
