The Biden Administration has quietly approved plans to build the largest oil export terminal in the United States.
The terminal will be located off the Gulf Coast of Texas and comes on the heels of the UN's annual climate change conference where President Joe Biden touted the U.S.'s efforts to reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
