Water and power in short supply in Kyiv after latest Russian attacks

The mayor of Kyiv says 40 per cent of the city's householders are without running water after a series of Russian attacks in the early hours of Monday.


More than a quarter of a million homes also have no power after the Kremlin's forces targeted infrastructure in the Ukrainian capital.
