US spars with Russia and China over North Korean missile launch

North Korea has launched another ballistic missile just days after
sending one over Japan for the first time in five years.

It came as members of the United Nations Security Council clashed over
North Korea's recent military activity.

The UN Secretary-General has called this week's missile launch
reckless and a violation of UN resolutions.
