U.S. Naval officer says should prepare for China to move on Taiwan in 2022 or 2023

Top U.S. officials say they see Beijing's plans to move on Taiwan happening faster than before. 

It comes after China's President Xi Jinping reiterated at the start of the 20th Party Congress that Beijing would not rule out force to bring Taiwan under control.
