UK Prime Minister Liz Truss is attending the first European Political Community meeting in Prague.
The new political club of nations will see leaders from across the continent gather to discuss energy, migration and security.
Both EU members and other countries, such as Norway, Turkey and Switzerland, are due to attend the summit.
