Russian President Vladimir Putin has vowed a harsh response to what he called 'terrorism against Russia' following an explosion on the bridge to annexed Crimea. At least ten people were killed in attacks across Ukraine early on Monday, in which the capital Kyiv was targeted for the first time in months. The Russian president said his forces launched high-precision weapons at military, energy and communication facilities.
