Polls have closed across Brazil in the presidential runoff between
incumbent Jair Bolsonaro and former president Luiz Inacio Lula de
Silva.
It's been a bitterly fought race between the right-wing president and
the leftist Lula
And those tensions were raising during voting hours after reports
emerged that voters in pro-Lula strongholds were being delayed by
police.
