New York mayor declares state of emergency over influx of asylum seekers

New York's Mayor Eric Adams has declared a state of emergency over the
influx of migrants from Latin America.

In the last few months, southern U.S. border states have been busing
thousands of asylum seekers north, in what's being called a political
stunt.
