Joe Biden promises to codify abortion right if Democrats make gains in midterms

U.S. President Joe Biden is promising to put the right to an abortion
into law if the Democrats keep control of Congress.

It comes three weeks before Americans head to the polls in the midterm
elections..which could shift the balance of power in Washington.
