Eurozone inflation narrowly escapes double digits after data revision

Annual inflation in the 19 countries which use the Euro currency stood at 9.9% in September, according to new data from the European Union's statistics agency.


That's marginally lower than flash estimates released last month, but still the highest level in the history of the single currency.
