WH National Security Advisor warns Russia of "catastrophic consequences" if it uses a nuclear weapon

The White House's National Security Advisor has warned of "catastrophic consequences" if Russia uses a nuclear weapon in Ukraine.

Russian President Vladimir Putin last week threatened to use any means to defend its territory.
