U.S NAVY SCAMMER RE-ARRESTED

Venezuela authorities have arrested a Malaysia businessman after he
scammed the US Navy.
He was arrested in 2013, and pleaded guilty in 2015 to offering in
bribes to navy officers that saw the funnelling of official work
towards his shipyards.
