UN chief urges windfall tax on fossil fuel companies

The United Nations Secretary-General has opened the UN General
Assembly by calling for a windfall tax on the profits of fossil fuel
companies to help tackle climate change.

Antonio Guterres warned the world is on track for a "rendezvous with
climate disaster".
