The Ukrainian government says it will redouble its efforts to liberate all occupied territories in the country after the Kremlin hailed the outcome of four referenda dismissed as a sham by western governments.
The referenda in Donetsk, Luhansk, Zaporizhzhia and Kherson set the stage for the possible annexation of territory by the Russians.
