Russia spars with Ukraine and its allies at UN

Russia's Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov has traded barbs with his U.S.
and Ukrainian counterparts at the United Nations.

A UN Security Council meeting has been held at the ministerial level
to discuss the issue of impunity in Ukraine.
