Russian President Vladimir Putin says he will address China's 'questions and concerns' about what he called the 'Ukrainian crisis'.
Ahead of a one-to-one meeting in Samarkand, Uzbekistan, he told China's President Xi Jinping — who called President Putin 'a dear, longtime friend' — that their countries' relationship is an example of responsible cooperation of world powers.
It's their first in-person meeting since Russia invaded Ukraine in February.
