PUTIN DEMANDS SANCTIONS PREVENTING RUSSIAN FERTILISER EXPORTS LIFTED - EU SAYS THERE AREN'T ANY

At his last press conference of the SCO summit in Uzbekistan, Russian President Vladimir Putin repeated a call to the European Union to remove sanctions that prevent Russian fertiliser exports to third countries.

The EU Commission says that doesn't make sense, because its sanctions only relate to trade between EU citizens and companies — that Moscow is free to export anything it wants to everywhere else in the world.
