In one of the highest profile cases yet stemming from the January 6th attack on the US Capitol, members of the far right militia group, the Oath Keepers, are set to go on trial on Tuesday.
The group's leader, Stewart Rhodes and four others are charged with seditious conspiracy - a crime involving a plot to attack or overthrow the state.
