Liz Truss has officially taken over from Boris Johnson as the next British Prime Minister.
The former foreign secretary was asked to form a new government by the Queen on Tuesday in Balmoral Castle, Scotland.
On Monday, Liz Truss was announced as the winner of an eight-week leadership competition, beating rival Rishi Sunak.
