Britain's new King, Charles III, has thanked people worldwide for their thoughts following the death of his mother, Queen Elizabeth II.
The King is spending the night at Balmoral, where his mother died, before returning to London tomorrow to make his first address to the nation as monarch.
Our reporter Olly Barratt is at Windsor Castle, where the Queen will be buried after 10 days of mourning.
