King Charles has arrived in London to cheers of God Save The King.
He accepted the condolences of crowds gathered at Buckingham Palace following the death of his mother and accompanied by the Queen Consort spent several minutes looking at the floral tributes laid just outside the palace gates.
He'll make an address to the nation later today.
