Juul to pay $438.5 million to U.S. states over marketing vapes to teenagers

American e-cigarette company Juul has reached a tentative settlement
worth nearly half a billion dollars.

More than 30 U.S. states accused the company of fueling the teenage
vaping crisis with its marketing practices.
