U.S. Federal Reserve Chairman Jerome Powell has reiterated his strong commitment to fighting inflation, signaling that the central bank will continue to raise interest rates.
He made the comments during his last publicly scheduled appearance ahead of the Fed's September meeting, when it is widely expected to make a third consecutive 0.75 percentage point interest rate increase.
