Eurozone inflation hits new record of 10% in September

Inflation in the Euro area hit 10% in September, a new record replacing the previous all-time high of 9.1% in August.

The rise, across the nineteen countries which use the euro currency, is partly driven by soaring energy prices amid the fallout of Russia's war in Ukraine.
