The European Union's foreign policy chief says all available information indicates that leaks on the Nord Stream gas pipelines are the result of a deliberate act.
The pipelines were built to funnel gas from Russia into Germany; they've been at the centre of geopolitical tensions in recent months, with gas supplies disrupted in suspected Russian retaliation to EU sanctions imposed over the war in Ukraine.
Moscow says it is "extremely concerned" about the gas leaks.
