Church bells are ringing across the UK in honor of the memory of Queen Elizabeth II.
Her son, King Charles III, is now preparing to make his first national address as monarch after leaving Balmoral in Scotland where he spent the night following the Queen's death.
The country is now entering a period of national mourning that will end one week after the Queen's funeral.
Churches are already tolling their bells and opening for special services of remembrances.
These bells rang out from York Minster in the city of York.
