U.S. reportedly expected to use vaccine-splitting strategy to fight monkeypox as shortages continue

The U.S. is expected to announce a new strategy to split monkeypox
vaccine doses, in the hopes of vaccinating up to five times as many
people against the virus.

The country has become the global epicenter of the outbreak, with
close to 9000 known cases as of Tuesday, and no sign of slowing.
